This Custom Kandy Man figure is a great item for any collection.
 
Measuring at approx. 5" tall he is in good condition and has been custom-made to look like the Kandy Man from The Happiness Patrol
 
Due to the full-body sculpt and repaint, this figure is no longer a 'to be played with' figure and would suit display purposes only.  
 
Please be careful when positioning him due to accidental markings and scratches. 
 
All the joints work well except the head, top of legs, and waist, which are fixed.
